摘 要
外交辞令指的是一个国家政府在外交场合中用于表达本国政府态度立场的一种措辞措施。外交辞令作为一种日新月异的语言现象，英语毕业论文，内容丰富多彩，因此以外交辞令作为语言对象进行探讨，一方面给语用学探讨提供了新的视角，英语论文范文，扩展了其探讨的领域；另一方面为政府发言人提供一些语用准则，为其保全自身面子、维护国家利益提供语言理论依据，具有很强的实践价值。也为读者更好的理解外交辞令的含义提供借鉴和理论依据。
本课题从中华人民共和国外交部网站上截取洪磊、华春莹、秦刚三位发言人2017年1月4日至12月31日200场例行记者会中约283,342个字的发言文字材料，并结合建国以来经典外交案例，采用定性的探讨措施对中国官方新闻发布中的外交辞令的语用意义进行实证探讨，旨在略论该外交辞令中语用意义的特点、主要意义类型以及产生这样的语用意义的实现方式。

ABSTRACT
Diplomatic language refers to a kind of method used by one country or a government for expressing governments’ attitudes in diplomatic occasions. As an enduring language phenomenon, its contents are very rich. Taking diplomatic language as the language material for research, on the one hand it provides a new perspective to the pragmatics study and expands its research area; On the other hand, the research provides some pragmatic principles for spokespersons of one government to save their own faces and safeguard the national interest, which also has the very strong practical value. What’s more, the research provides practical foundation for readers to better understand the meaning of diplomatic language.
This paper combines written materials 283,342 words of the speeches made of three spokespersons -- Hong lei, Hua Chunying and Qin Gang in 200 regular press conferences from January 1st, 2017 to December 31st, 2017 excerpting from the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of People's Republic of China with classic foreign cases since the foundation of new China, adopting qualitative research methods to study the pragmatic meaning of the diplomatic language in the official press releases, so as to analyze the characteristics, main type of pragmatic meaning in diplomatic language and strategies of producing these pragmatic meanings in diplomatic language.
