Abstract

    This thesis mainly elaborates on increasing communicative language teaching in senior English classroom. As we all know, the ultimate aim of English classroom is to train students’ practical ability of using English in work or life when necessary. Accordance with the requirements of New English Curriculum Standards of senior school, English teachers have changed their roles into the stimulator, the prompter, the facilitator, and the trainers of capabilities, not act just as a lecturer, a source of knowledge. They also adopt the effective teaching mode, namely, communicative language teaching. It’s applied into the senior English classroom to reach teacher-student communication and student-student communication, which can develop students’ interest, stimulate students’ motivation and improve the teaching efficiency. But for many subjective and objective reasons, the stimulus’s contribution so far has been relatively modest. Therefore, I emphasize on increasing communicative language teaching in senior English classroom by raising four practical and effective strategies in this thesis.

摘要

    本文主要阐述了如何提高交际语言教学高中英语课堂教学中的应用。众所周知,英语学习的最终目的是使个人获得生活和工作所需的实际英语应用能力。根据高中英语新课程标准,英语教师已经充当学生学习的激发者,敦促者,辅导者,英语毕业论文,能力培养者,而非简单地扮演讲师和知识的来源者的角色。他们也采取了一种有效的教学方式—— “交际法”教学法。该教学法被运用到高中英语课堂中来达到师生交流和生生交流,既能培养学生兴趣,激发学生的动力又能提高教学效率。但由于各种主观或客观原因,该教学模式的效果却不是很明显。因此,在本文中我想通过提出四种比较实际而有效的策略来提高在高中英语课堂上的交际法语言教学。

1. Introduction
1.1 Senior English teaching and learning syllabus
With the development of society and economy, the requirement for people’s ability of foreign language is becoming higher. As English teaching is a main foreign language teaching in senior school, the senior English teaching plays an important role in the process of improving people’s foreign language competence. The aim of the senior English teaching is to build a new concept of foreign language teaching; make the design of class basic and alternative; set up a flexible subject system in order to make English teaching in different process and different areas more suitable; as well as building an open evaluable system of English teaching to make the evaluation part of teaching.
