Reform and opening was carried out in December, 1978 during the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee. It’s a Chinese policy refers to reform inside and opening to the outside. China domestic reform first start from rural areas. The sign of the beginning is the acting of "the rural household responsibility system" of Xiaogang village, Fengyang country ,Anhui province. During the session, Deng Xiaoping put forward the four modernizations requirements to agriculture, industry, science and technology and national defense.

Based on 2013, China has successfully developed to the second most powerful economic country next to USA. The enterprises grow very rapidly according to the development of the whole country economics. Meanwhile, there are 95 Chinese companies enter the world top 500 companies which is 83 more than 2003. Lenovo, Huawei, Geely are the successful representative enterprises. These entrepreneurs bring entrepreneurship into full play during the development of the entire enterprise.
