본 연구의 목적은 일반인 집단을 대상으로 유사의존성과 정신건강 및 방어기제 간의 관계를 탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 서울특별시에 소재한 대학교에 재학 중인 대학 및 대학... 본 연구의 목적은 일반인 집단을 대상으로 유사의존성과 정신건강 및 방어기제 간의 관계를 탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 서울특별시에 소재한 대학교에 재학 중인 대학 및 대학원생 총 256명을 대상으로, 연구자가 제작한 유사의존성 질문지(Pseudo-dependency Questionnaire;PDQ)와 한국어판 공동의존 자가점검표(the Korean Version of Checklist from Co-Dependents Anonymous; K-CCoDA), 한국판 홀리오크 유사의존성 지표(Korean version of Holyoake Codependency Index; K-HCI), 한국어판 정신적 웰빙 척도(Korean Mental Health Contimuum- Short Form; K-MHC-SF), 한국어판 정신장애 척도(Korean Mental Disorder Inventory; K-MDI), 한국판 방어유형질문지(Korean- Defense Style Questionnaire ; K- DSQ), 귀인양식 질문지(Attribution Style Questionnaire; ASQ), 자아존중감 척도(Self-esteem Scale)와 한국판 성격장애 진단검사의 의존성 및 회피성 척도를 시행하고, 분석하였다. 그 결과, 유사의존성은 긍정적 정신건강 유형 중 부적응 집단보다 번영집단과 쇠약 집단에서 유의하게 낮게 나타났다. 또한, 유사의존성, 의존성 및 회피성 성격장애, 정신장애의 수준은 부적응 대처집단에 비해 소극적 대처집단 및 적응적 대처집단에서 유의하게 낮게 나타났다. 끝으로, 본 연구의 시사점과 추후 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다.

The current study examined co-dependency as well as the relationship between mental health and defense mechanism. 297 students from Seoul-based University have participated in the study. For measuring co-dependency, Pseudo-Dependecy Questionnaire(PDQ), Korean version of Holyoake Codependency Index(K-HCI), and the Korean Version of Checklist from Co-Dependents Anonymous(K-CCoDA) were used. Questionnaires measuring psychological variables(Self-esteem Scale, Attribution Style Questionnaire, the Dependent and Avoidant personality disorder scale) were also used. Korean Mental Health Continuum shortform (K-MHC-SF) was used to measure the frequency of mental health related experiences, Korean Mental Disorder Inventory(K-MDI) for measuring each index of mental health, and Korean Version of Defense Style Questionnaire(K-DSQ) for measuring defense mechanisms. The results showed that the level of co-dependency was significantly lower for the ‘flourishing’ and the 'languishing' group in comparison to the ‘floundering’ group. The level of co-dependency, the dependent and avoidant personality disorders, and mental disorder were significantly lower for the 'passive coping' group and 'adaptive coping' group than the 'maladative coping' group.
