随着社会生活的发展,公文在人们的社会生活中所起的影响越来越大。无论是在古代还是在现代,公文在国家的政治生活以及人们日常的商业活动中所起的影响都是不可小觑的,是依法行政和处理公务活动的重要工具。由于交际范围、目的、对象的不同,人们交际的语言也呈现出异同,这也就是我们所说的语体。人们的各种语言交际活动都离不开一定的语体,都要受到语体的制约,与其他语体相比,公文语体在语言应用方面存在着许多独特之处。为了正确的应用公文语言,充分发挥公文在政务交流以及商贸往来等交际活动中的重要影响,本文选择公文作为主要探讨对象,采用汉俄对比的方式,通过对大量汉俄公文语料的整理、归纳、总结,就汉俄公文之间存在的差异作了详尽的阐述。本文主要从汉俄公文语体的定义、分类、公文历史变迁以及公文语体的语言特点等诸多方面就汉俄两种公文之间存在的差异进行了比较细致的对比略论。特别是在第三章的内容当中,笔者主要从词汇、词法、句法等三个方面对汉俄公文语体语言特点方面存在的差异进行了详尽的阐述和略论,这让我们更清晰地了解了汉俄两种公文之间存在的相同之处以及不同之处。希望通过本文对汉俄公文语体的探讨让更多对此感兴趣的人提高对汉俄公文的认识,同时也希望通过对本文的探讨,使人们在交际的过程中正确地使用公文以及公文语言,从而达到使交际进活动顺利行的目的。

Communicative activities of people of various languages can not be separated a certain genre, will be subject to the constraints of body language, body language and other than the use of document genre in language there are many unique features.In order to properly document the use of language, give full play to document the exchange and trade between the government and other important role of communication activities, the paper documents as the main object of study chosen by way of comparison of Chinese and Russian, Chinese and Russian by a large number of documents corpus has summarized , sum up to Chinese and Russian were the similarities and differences between documents in detail.This paper documents from the Russian and the Definition, classification, document historical changes and the characteristics of documents of the genre, and many other aspects of the language to Russian and the similarities and differences between the two documents were compared with detailed comparative analysis.
