Abstract:A Message to Garcia was punished in 1899. The end of 19th century and beginning of the 20th century was a very important period in the history of the United States. The period had some similarity to Chinese situation now. The trouble of economic crisis leads to the difficulty of entrepreneurship to become a social problem. To solve the problem, the Chinese government encourages the college students to carve out their own business. Andrew Summers Rowan’s  spunk, dedication, loyalty and diligence are what the college students need on the way of the entrepreneurship. College students will get the orientation during the process of entrepreneurship by comparing the two educational systems and social situations of the two countries. Meanwhile they will find the dynamic force for their self-employment. The inspiration from A Message to Garcia will create a blueprint for their future careers.

摘要:致加西亚的信于1899年出版。19世纪末20世纪初是美国历史上的重要时期。这一时期与当代中国的国情相似。由于经济危机的影响，就业问题已经成为社会性的问题。为解决这一问题，中国政府鼓励大学生创业。安德鲁·萨姆斯·罗文的敬业，忠诚，勤奋的精神正是大学生在创业过程中所需要的。比对中美两国的创业和教育体系以及社会状况，给大学生在创业的过程中找到正确的方向。从致加西亚的信中得到启示，为大学生在创业中提供动力，为未来的职业规划创造了蓝图。
