Abstract
This paper is an analysis of the differences between Chinese and American children education, seeking to make some suggestions of the problems existing in Chinese children’s education. Through the scences in two films—Little Red Flower and Little Miss Sunshine, the paper analyzes the reason why the differences exist between Chinese and American children’s eduction, as well as the pros and cons of two kind of children’s education. The paper attempts to explore the solution to improve children’s education in China. Its conclusion will be helpful to attract more attention to children’s education.

本文探讨中、美两国儿童教育的差异,并针对我国现行教育中存在的一些问题提出相应改善建议。通过对中、美两国反应儿童教育的电影——《看上去很美》、《阳光》中大量根据生活实际改编情节的搜集,略论中、美儿童教育异同的原因、表现、和优缺点对比。同时,在当下我国教育理论框架下,本文阐述了儿童教育中存在的一些问题,英语毕业论文,并探析可行解决措施。本文的探讨有助于提高人们对当下儿童教育问题的重视,以及对美国成功经验的借鉴和实际运用。

Education is a cultural phenomenon. Different education reflects different social and cultural connotations. Along with the rapid development of society, economy, politics, culture, science and technology, people gradually found the potentiality of education, especially children education. Many nations of the world had started to study advantages of children education in other nations to make up for the educational shortage of their own countries. Children educational reform becomes one of the tendencies of the era. Due to the different cultural backgrounds, values, and nation’s condition, great differences of children education have been found to exist between the two countries--China and America. Two kinds of education reflect different attitudes towards knowledge. China’s education is the reflection of static acceptance of the knowledge, and American education is the reflection of the dynamic changes of knowledge.
