The growth of Russian Federal market relations has enhanced the rapid growth of Russia's advertising industry. Under the new social and political system, advertising has become a part of the Russian social life in the division into a friend. Nowadays, the growth of the advertising industry has been regarded as one of the most important ways to promote social and economic development. Advertising is called a commercial mobilization machine (propulsion), which is regarded as a way to deliver information in a business, and is one of the four elements of the market operation (product, price, distribution, communication). Confession is a very complex system. Advertisement uses to influence means by leaps and bounds, advertisement can deal with many people of different sport category problems: politics, trade, economy, society. Just in this kind of situation, in the vast discussion of the Russian advertising text, we also put focus on the study of Russian advertising text. This paper aims to study the language of Russian advertising and the characteristics of the national culture. This paper is composed of the introduction, the first chapter, the second chapter, the third chapter, the beginning and the abbreviation.
